The Chateau is located near Beaune and is owned and operated by Hervé's sister Véronique. As such, the Hermitage is afforded a selection of wines on an exclusive basis while some of the vineyards more popular varieties are available at select wine and liquor retailers throughout the province. The traditions and passion for making Fine Wine have passed from Father to Son over 150 years. Located in the rolling hills of the Burgundy Region of France, the Chateau de CHAMILLY provides a magnificent back-drop to these very finest of wines. Our Chateau is a "listed" building and dates from the 14th Century with l7th Century additions built by the Marquis de CHAMILLY.
